This vegan café, in the basement of the Buddhist Centre, dishes up food that’s both fresh and, where possible, organic. The chef’s special represents good value for money at £7.65 for rice, a heaped plate of the daily dish (butterbean casserole, for example) and two salads. A range of teas and smoothies is also available.
