First, a warning. If you like modern and minimal design, this isn't for you. The Willowbank is from the more-is-more school of style, with bedrooms busy enough to make you cross-eyed. If you can get past this, you'll find a pretty reliable hotel. It's also the only half-decent place that serves the student area of Fallowfield, otherwise dominated by rundown B&Bs and tatty hotels.
