Chaophraya - © Marketing Manchester
Chaophraya might be decorated with the standard array of orchids, Buddha statuettes and bamboo that characterises Thai eateries, but the food is anything but usual. From tried and tested favourites such as gang kiew wan (green curry) to uncommon fare such as sorng pee norng (sea bass in tamarind and chilli sauce) the menu is packed with genuine flavour. Herbivores can rejoice, too, as The Times recently named Chaophraya the best vegetarian restaurant in the UK.

Overall a swanky over priced place with no real Substance, a poor irritating experience. Extremely poor service would not attend to us. Drinks took
40 minutes to Come! Just 2 courses & drinks took about 3 hours!!! Food was average ruined by the long waits.
