Head chef Tim Davies has settled on a simple, local, flavoursome approach at 101 Brasserie. Regionally sourced ingredients are combined in a no-nonsense fashion - though don't take that as a placeholder for invention. Braised leg of Cumbria marsh lamb sits alongside sweet potato and spinach korma on the à la carte menu, to be enjoyed while overlooking the bustle of Portland Street.
