Manchester Climbing Centre review Rate it
Practice your belaying and leading in this Grade-II listed church, which now houses one of the largest climbing walls in Europe. Hang around under the huge stained-glass windows on the 75 tied routes and two bouldering walls, or brush up on your rope skills with specialist courses.
All levels are catered for here, from complete beginners (including children) to experienced climbers. Get to grips with the mezzanine-level Basecamp Café (good cakes, Wi-Fi access), with its great viewing gallery from which to watch the action.
