The National Football Museum teams up with Waterstones Deansgate for the triumphant return of the Manchester Football Writing Festival, following its successful debut last year.
This year's festival welcomes yet another cracking lineup of speakers and events, with highlights including a masterclass in the dos and don'ts of sports journalism led by Iain McIntosh (Guardian/TheSetPieces.com), a panel discussion exploring how the clubs, fans and culture of football in Germany have led to a period of dominance for the national team and European success for its clubs, whilst the festival culminates with a 'Red and Blue' talk focusing on the almighty Manchester Derby.
