The Whitworth does yoga.

Rather than fearing the impending chill, embrace the change of season with the Whitworth's Yoga Mala, where you'll be able to join them in practicing 108 Surya Namaskara (sun salutations) in rounds of twelve to create a meditative focus. 

Bring along twelve objects to use as counters, which will act as reminders of loved ones or things that are important in your life. 

To complete the experience there will also be tea and flapjacks, and while the session is free donations are welcome and profits will be given to charity.
