Located on the La Trobe St side of the State Library, Mr Tulk (named after the first state librarian, Augustus Tulk) offers simple but delicious bites (think wraps and toasties) along with their overwhelming pastry and sweet selection. Students and bookworms make Mr Tulk their second home during the semester, while after work types unwind with a beer Fridays.
