Sure, it's got great views of the sky, but the reason this outdoor oasis of inequity is so popular is because of its elitist ways. Staff may not serve minors under 21 here, but if you're not Beyoncé, Posh or Becks, you may not get served either: the velvet rope and guest list reign supreme here. Consider it a favour if they don't admit you: cocktails are stratospherically priced. Even more elitist is the Skybar's Redroom, a VIP room whose separate door policy is notoriously ruthless. For fun in the sun, Skybar's Sunday afternoon party, A Shore Thing, lures bikini clad babes and the attendant gawkers.
