The Irish owner's last name may be Cullen, but she named this pubby South of Fifth hotspot after what is allegedly the most common surname in Ireland. Take that, the Guinness on tap, some bangers and mash and shepherd's pie and add to it a motley crew of police chiefs, Shaquille O'Neal, moguls and barflies. Result? A wiggy, jiggy scene that's not quite South Beach and not exactly Dublin, but somewhere in between. Whatever it is, it's fun.
