Forget the fact that this massive theme restaurant is owned by Miami's most ubiquitous celeb, Gloria Estefan. It's a blast after 11pm on weekends, when hordes of local Latins and salsa nuts demonstrate the true meaning of la vida loca, making like proper dancing kings and queens until there's not a dry armpit in the house. Claustrophobes, steer clear.
