This party institution sometimes has a whiff of the frat house about it. Closed for much of 2008 for renovations, the new and improved hotel will feature a funky lounge bar, a roof deck, a slick sports bar and the usual minimalist rooms. But don't be fooled by the boutiquey rebranding: the website remains chock-a-block with bikini babes and the frat boys will soon take the sheen off the slick white rooms.
