The latest Design District hotspot, Brosia is casual and chic, with high ceilings, stone floors and rich gold walls. But the best decor is outside: the terrace is backed by a striking blue mosaic and the tables are shaded by majestic oak trees. Mediterranean flavours include starters of gazpacho caprese with mozzarella and sherry vinegar, lamb skewers with tzatziki and piri-piri shrimp. Mains are a mix of light and hearty: seared ahi tuna with tuscan white bean purée or pomegranate-glazed crispy duck leg. Wash down the summery salads with Brosia iced tea - made with blood orange and star anise - and white or red sangria, a house speciality.
Open 8am-11pm Mon-Fri; 5-11pm Sat, Sun.
Main courses $12-$30.
This restaurant has been closed for quite a while... And many others on your list are not as "hot" anymore...
Brosia has been closed for quite some time now. There is a new restaurant there, Mai Tardi, which is pretty good and seems to be doing quite well.
