South Beach just can't get enough of sushi, which explains why the trendier-than-thou Delano hotel turned its Starck-designed, eat-in lobby kitchen into a sushi bar serving spicy lobster martinis and $18 maki rolls for hipsters who don't mind sharing a communal table and paying through the nose.
