Where's the beef? Hidden on a backstreet near the Delano, in a mom-and-pop Argentinian steakhouse. The menu is a carnivore's dream - skirt, flat and New York steaks - and so are the prices ($11-$20). The mixed grill (blood sausage, sausage, sweetbreads, short rib and flat meat) will satisfy gluttons and harden arteries. Sides include South American specialities (Russian salad, hearts of palm with prosciutto). The decor is spartan, livened up by wide-screen TV football matches, the odd Maradona poster and a shady patio, but it feels authentic.
