With Philippe Starck responsible for the stunning white and billowy surroundings and culinary guru Claude Troisgros in charge in the kitchen, the eyes are as well fed as the stomach. In fact, this is what it must be like to dine in heaven. Don't believe us? Try the chocopistachio dessert. Entrées are refined and French, with saucy meats and fowl, and south Florida seafood. Veranda seating and an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch add further appeal.
