Best known for its London West End and New York Broadway locations, Joe Allen has a stylish and unpretentious branch in Miami, hidden among the condos on the west side, near Biscayne Bay. It serves as a hangout for bit players on the political and arts scenes, who network over massive salads, pasta, seafood and steaks. The martinis are pretty good too, and the wine list has some interesting options.
