Bayside Hut

I've been going to this place for like 20 years. Decided to come by with some friends. Seemed like the whole staff were shaved head thugs with attitudes. I am cuban and they could not speak english and very lazy spanish. I think someone bought this place and put their whole reluctant family to work. They were in the weeds with 4 tables and cleaning the glass on the french doors was more important then tending the clients. Food was horrible. They cut the sizes in half and doubled the prices. The new owners bought a restaurant that was steady with regulars and thought tat was enough to be successful, boy are they wrong. I was in the service industry for half my life and even with sub-standard service I leave tip. For the first time in my life I left a dollar a person because service was so horrible ad hostile. Will never be back.

The place is a dump. My family went there on a saturday night. The smell of diesel fuel wafted in the air. The restaurant was giant and empty. Also, the entrees were in the $27 range. We got there and immediately left. I would not recommend going there.
