Miami's most serious jazz club. Chatter during sets is not viewed kindly, but then the nightly music here deserves attention. Expect the best musos in Miami, plus well-known players from out of town. During the day, the Van Dyke Café, sister restaurant to News Café, serves an excellent chocolate soufflés.

everything is true except there is no coverage charge.....ever. Also, the van dyke has more than jazz, It has all styles of music.
