Did you know that the Vizcaya Village used to be home to a working farm? James Deering’s chef used produce and eggs from that farm to create meals in the then-standard farm-to-table style. We’re taking our cues from history and interpreting farm-to-table very literally as we host an alfresco dinner and cooking class in the Vizcaya Village (right next to our vegetable garden!).

We are inviting local chefs to use produce grown on site to prepare a hearty and delicious three-course vegetarian meal, encouraging you to indulge in very locally sourced ingredients and savor a delicious night under the stars.
