Teatro dell'Elfo review

This group was founded in 1973 by, among others, a young Gabriele Salvatores, who went on to direct movies such as the award-winning Mediterraneo. Teatridithalia Elfo has a reputation for non-traditional, hard-hitting theatre, with the odd Chekhov or Shakespeare thrown in. The troupe also performs in many of the city's other venues.
