Time Out says

Kids put their culinary skills to the test by making a personal pizza from scratch. All partygoers receive a recipe card, a complimentary class pass, and a chef’s hat to decorate; the birthday child takes home an apron and a T-shirt, to boot. Additionally, YCA supplies the invitations, paper goods, balloons and drinks. Upgraded packages include cupcake or sundae decorating ($475), and children ages 9 and up can opt to make something other than pizza, such as pasta, calzone or enchiladas ($399–$550). Ages 4 to 18.
