Love our list of the best kids' movies? Want to get a look at the inner workings of film production in NYC? Museum of the Moving Image, Theatrical Teamsters Local 817, I.A.T.S.E. Local 52, and Kaufman Astoria Studios come together this summer to host New York on Location, one of the city’s most unique street fairs for families.

During the event, kids can get a look at stunt performers street fighting, stunt driving and even giving high fall demos, plus you’ll see makeup and hair demos, weather effects like rain and snow and even meet professionals to learn about their experience in film. Visitors will get to check out 20+ trucks and movie trailers during their visit.

New York on Location will take place on Sunday, May 22 from 11am–5pm at the Kaufman Astoria Studios backlot (36th St, between 34 and 35 Aves) and at Museum of the Moving Image (36-01 35 Ave). The event is free to attend, as is museum admission on that day. Don’t miss it!
