  • Dear Program Director, I thank you for allowing me to introduce our Public Charity, A Forum for LIFE, Inc. based in New York City (www.aforumforlife.org). We provide an array of health & safety training programs, as a nonprofit corporation. Our curriculum includes: • Academic & Mentoring Programs • Advanced First Aid • Child Abuse Prevention & Maltreatment Identification • Child Development Associates • CPR for the Professional with A.E.D. • First Aid Training (Standard or Advanced) • Health & Safety • Infectious Disease Control • Medication Administration Training • Nutrition and Cooking Classes • Oxygen Administration • Positive Reinforcement • Sports & Recreation Programs and more. As an authorized provider for the Emergency Care & Safety Institute (www.ecsi.org) we also provide Instructor Trainer credentialing. All programs are approved by the New York State Department of Education and the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. We look forward to being of service. Our organization also invites all interested individuals and groups to participate in a golf tournament fundraiser in August of this year.   • Updates on the Bumblebee Tennis Summer Camps! The camps will be held in 3 locations: John Jay ( Columbus Circle), Gramercy and McCarren Park (Brooklyn). John Jay begins on 6/18/2012 while all other locations start on 7/2/2012. All three camps end on August 10. The schedules are as follows: Manhattan John Jay: Full Day Wk Clinic (Age: 4.5-10yo) M-F (am) 9:00-3:00 Half Day Wk Clinic (Age: 4.5-10yo) M-F(am) 9:00-12:00 Half Day Wk Clinic (Age: 8-13yo) M-F(pm) 12:45-3:30 Gramercy: Half Day Wk Clinic (Age: 4.5-10yo) M-F 9:00-11:30 Brooklyn McCarren Park: Mini Day Wk Clinic (Age: 2.5-4.5yo) 8:45-9:45 Half Day Wk Clinic (Age: 4.5-8yo) M-F 9:45-12:30 The cost of Half day camps start at $325 for Manhattan and $295 for Brooklyn.
