This Poconos camp aims to send kids home with more independence, stronger self-confidence and better social skills than they had when they arrived. While younger campers have a structured daily schedule, older kids can design their own program, choosing from more than 65 activities ranging from skateboarding and field sports to pottery and wake boarding. Camp runs June 27–Aug 18; eight-week session $8,200, six-week session (June 27–Aug 5 or July 10–Aug 18) $6,850, four-week session (June 27–July 23 or July 24–Aug 18) $4,550, two-week session (June 27–July 9, July 10–23, July 24–Aug 5 or Aug 6–18) $2,550, one-week session (Aug 18–Aug 24; first-time campers only) $800. Ages 6 to 15.
