Camp Ramah in the Poconos

In addition to the usual camp activities, the study of Hebrew language and Jewish texts are part of the daily routine here. Shabbat, prayer and other rituals are also observed. Special programs throughout the summer include intercamp games and a sports marathon. Camp runs June 20–Aug 11; eight-week session $7,490, four-week session $4,950 (June 20–July 14) or $4,500 (July 17–Aug 11), one-week session $800 (ages 8 and 9). Ages 8 to 16.
