  • Dear Program Director, I thank you for allowing me to introduce our Public Charity, A Forum for LIFE, Inc. based in New York City (www.aforumforlife.org). We provide an array of health & safety training programs, as a nonprofit corporation. Our curriculum includes: • Academic & Mentoring Programs • Advanced First Aid • Child Abuse Prevention & Maltreatment Identification • Child Development Associates • CPR for the Professional with A.E.D. • First Aid Training (Standard or Advanced) • Health & Safety • Infectious Disease Control • Medication Administration Training • Nutrition and Cooking Classes • Oxygen Administration • Positive Reinforcement • Sports & Recreation Programs and more. As an authorized provider for the Emergency Care & Safety Institute (www.ecsi.org) we also provide Instructor Trainer credentialing. All programs are approved by the New York State Department of Education and the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. We look forward to being of service. Our organization also invites all interested individuals and groups to participate in a golf tournament fundraiser in August of this year.   • Are there any programs for financial assistance? I have two children ages 10& 5 and Iam very much interested in the activities that Chelsea provides for summer camp.
