If you want to be listed in Time Out New York Kids magazine or on the Time Out New York Kids website, submit information about your event by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Listings information will not be accepted over the telephone, and submissions are chosen at the discretion of the editors.
When you submit your listing, please make sure to include:
· "EVENT SUBMISSION," "CLASS SUBMISSION," "CAMP SUBMISSION" or "BIRTHDAY PARTY SUBMISSION" PLUS the name of your event/class/camp/birthday venue the subject line
· Venue address, including cross streets and nearest public transportation
· Event dates and times
· Event prices
· Age range
· Telephone number(s)
· Website (if available)
· Detailed description of the event
· Hi-res images of the event (images of previous events of the same nature accepted, and images for print consideration must include image credits and be at least 1mb+ in size)
· Your contact information
Listings are chosen at the discretion of the editors. Submitting a listing does not guarantee inclusion. Time Out does not accept compensation of any kind in exchange for listing events or venues, and you do not have to pay a fee to be listed. You will not be notified if your submission has been accepted or rejected.
For the print publication, the deadline is 45 days prior to the month in which you wish to be listed. For web listings, please submit events at least one week before the event occurs.
