Husband-and-wife team Aslan and Jenn Cattaui fill their cozy 450-square-foot store with the stuff kids dig—Gogo's Chop Shop plushies, small wooden cars/trains and adorable pull-along toys—even playmats and teethers! They also carry vintage wear that’ll make parents envious. The shop mainly focuses on the under-six set, but they also stock pieces for older children from popular lines such as Bobo Choses and Nununu. You'll wish this stuff came in your size.

Kids without storage bins are like moms without chocolate: a mess. We never stop sniffing around for stylish, hold-everything receptacles. Our current faves are at this Dumbo shop: eco-cute organic-cotton canvas bins and caddies from 3 Sprouts, emblazoned with a lovable owl, elephant, beaver, monkey or clever masked raccoon. A super new arrival is Dwell Studio's awaited nursery furniture, including the Century crib and changing station.

Owned by New York City native and mom Suzanne Price, this organic-leaning boutique features a slew of clothes, toys, baby gear 
and furniture from brands like Apple Park, Oeuf, 
OXO, Bink Link and Newport Cottages. There are also weekly classes at the Brooklyn shop, including Spanish for kids and Rockin' with Andy, a $20 drop-in music class. Sprout San Francisco, Carroll Gardens (sproutsanfrancisco.com).

Founded by two moms, this downtown shop sells clothes from Antik Batik, Caramel Baby & Child, and its own Yoya collection. The space also acts as a showroom for Netto Collection, Oeuf and Loom nursery furniture.

This Jersey storefront is making its way across the pond to set up shop in Hudson Yards. Milk & Honey Babies is a sweet, charming store dedicated to new moms and their little ones.
