African Penguin Awareness Day

Head to the New York Aquarium to learn about the plight of the African (a.k.a. black-footed) penguin with a touch station (it's got real penguin eggs and feathers), crafts and, best of all, the aquarium's outdoor exhibit of 15 members of the endangered species. Be sure to catch one of the penguins' daily feedings. All ages.
