Fela! Frolic

This all-day house party at BRIC features musical fun for the whole family. The October 11th event is a celebration of the music of Fela Kuti, and features African dance and drum workshops, a scavenger hunt, a screening of the documentary Finding Fela and a performance by Brooklyn-based Afrobeat band Zongo Junction. The free programs start at 2pm and go until 8pm, when the Jump N Funk dance party kicks off. All ages.
