Gyotaku

Zoo-goers will learn how bout the Japanese art process of fish rubbing, or "Gyotaku" with instructor and artist Joseph Mullins. He began making these artistic fish impressions from fresh sea creatures he'd catch in the Hudson River. Participants will have a hands-on chance to learn about this unique process, print making and sustainability issues. All ages.
