Kindie Fest

Kindie may have been the buzzword of this year's Grammy awards, but KindieFest has been celebrating the trendy fusion of kids' and indie music since 2009. Though the first few days consist of an industry insiders–only conference, festival opens its doors to the public for one whole day—and for the first time this year, it’s at BAM Fisher. Headlining this year’s festival are perennial NYC favorites like the Dirty Sock Funtime Band and Robbi K and Friends, as well as their stellar West Coast kindie counterparts (Cat Doorman, Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band and Alphabet Rockers). Plus, we’re excited to hear the latest beats from such newer names as the Terrible Twos and David Wax Museum. All ages. [THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT.]
