Randalls Island Sports Camp

At the 480-acre complex, children try out horseback riding, golf, tennis, soccer, and softball or baseball; each morning is devoted to a different sport. In the afternoon, campers get to let their sillies out with less-structured physical activities, such as kickball, Wiffle ball, gaga, Ping-Pong, miniature golf, badminton, horseshoes and more. Camp runs Jun 30–Aug 22, Mon–Fri 9am–4pm. One-week session $395 before Apr 1, thereafter $440. Multiple-week and sibling discounts are available. Optional transportation (from Manhattan, and Astoria or Rockaway, Queens) $110 per week. Ages 5 to 10.
