Ripley's Believe It or Not! Times Square: "Historic" Cheese Carving

In honor of President's Day Weekend, master cheese carver Sarah Kaufmann will pay homage to past Commanders-in-Chief by sculpting their likeness from a block of cheddar. With 160 pounds of cheese at her disposal, Kaufmann will host a two-day demonstration, turning Mount Rushmore into "Mount Ripley's": a 6-foot long dairy sculpture of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. If you hear your stomach rumbling during the demonstration, don't worry—there will be cheese samples. All ages.
