Time Out says

Colorful floats, cooperative camels and sheep, ebullient schoolchildren and 12-foot-tall puppets descend on Spanish Harlem for this holiday procession honoring the magi's visit to that famous manger. Expect plenty of live music, dance and puppet performances at the parade, which is sponsored by El Museo del Barrio. The parade begins at 106th St and Lexington Ave and ends at 115th St and Park Ave. All ages.
