Last weekend, families celebrated all things Japanese at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden's annual Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival. Although a warm early spring caused BBG's trees to sprout a few weeks before the traditional cherry-blossom bloom, the festival was still bursting with spring fun, including everything from samurai-sword demos to ethnic foods, dance and music performances, tea ceremonies and more.
