Be prepared to be jostled: MoMA has put on display the same pastel study for Munch's modernist classic that fetched nearly $120 million at Sotheby's in May—the highest sum ever paid for a work of art at auction. The piece is on loan from a "private collector," according to MoMA, though New York financier Leon Black is believed to have been the buyer. Who says America's rich aren't investing in American jobs? MoMA's guards will certainly be busy!
