Armory Show

Just like that, the Armory Show 2014 has come and gone. Offering an extensive selection of art that displayed current trends and top artists from across the globe, the exhibit at Manhattan's Piers 92–94 was divided into Modern, Contemporary and Chinese sections, the latter being a new focus for its 16th edition. Now that the dust has settled, let's take a look, shall we?

The show's organizers asked the collectors, art tourists and dealers mingling at the four-day megafair to share their favorite works via Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #ArmoryDreamPiece. You can scroll down for a sample of the submissions that caught visitors' eyes, plus video from the event. Click through the photos above for a more comprehensive overview.
