Then relax your face, open your eyes and “trace your gaze along your lower lids from corner to corner three times.” Repeat on the upper lid.

Prop your left ankle on your right knee and cross your right hand to touch your left knee. “Inhale and straighten your spine vertically as you twist your heart around to the left.” Hold for three breaths and repeat on the opposite side.
