Recipe: Caraway-infused aquavit

Makes 1 bottle

1. Toast caraway and fennel seeds
2. Add seeds to potato vodka with a sprinkling of star anise
3. Leave this to infuse at room temperature for approximately two months
4. Strain the vodka into another jar and place in freezer
5. Served chilled
