    Time Out New York / Issue 636 : Dec 6–12, 2007
    Bloggers vs critics

    Win our swag!

Every week, we get stuff like CDs, books, lotions, punching bags, M and Ms—and usually, we use it to review it. But some items we don’t need, and that’s where you come in. One lucky winner will win a collection of our merchandise—materials from what we call “the free bin” or “Christmas presents for friends we don’t want to spend money on.” There’s always a few hidden gems. To enter, e-mail us at swag@timeoutny.com with the subject line “Swag contest.” Or snail mail your name, address and contact info to us at the following:

    Swag Contest
    Time Out New York
    475 Tenth Avenue, 12th Floor
    New York, NY 10018

Entries must be postmarked by December 26. Complete rules below.

CONTEST RULES: One entry per person per competition. These competitions are open to any U.S. resident (unless otherwise stated) except employees of Time Out New York and sponsoring organizations, their agents or anyone directly connected to these promotions. No purchase required for promotions on the "Win our swag!" page. Winner must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated. Prizes are as described above; no cash alternatives will be given. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. If for any reason winners are unable to use prizes within the time specified, the participating organizations are not responsible for providing replacement prizes. No make goods will be given in the event of a canceled or rescheduled event. Value of prize packages are as follows: $200—the items selected will add up for a face value of $200 or more.
DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER: Time Out New York does not endorse or make any representation about the prize or quality of the services that are part of the prize. By participating in this contest, entrants waive any claims against Time Out New York arising out of use of the prize and related services, and agree to be registered to receive promotional e-mails from Time Out New York. The odds of winning are relative to the number of correct, eligible entries received; winners will be drawn at random from this pool. All entries become the property of Time Out New York. Any ambiguity in questions or answers will be resolved at the sole discretion of Time Out New York. The decision of the judging committee is final. Entrants agree to cooperate with any publicity that may arise. For a list of winners’ names, send a SASE to “Swag contest” at 475 Tenth Avenue, 12th floor, New York, NY 10018.
