“A few years ago, my weight topped out at 270 pounds. When I finally decided enough is enough—both physically and emotionally—I developed my own style of fitness regime that I now use to help others I know. I have never posed naked for anything. For the shoot, I’m thinking something water-related, like in a fountain in a park or in a kiddie pool on a roof with a garden hose. Black and white or sepia would be totally slammin’ hot.”
