I have long been a fan of classic cocktails, so maybe something in a classic bar setting like Employees Only, involving a really well-shaken, ice-cold martini (seven parts Plymouth gin, one part Noilly Prat vermouth, a dash of Fee Brothers orange bitters and one olive, no pimento).”
