There’s a reason for the cliché of the broke college student: Most undergrads barely have the cash for a slice of pizza, let alone for fancy clothes, dates or entertainment. Put those students in an expensive town like New York City and the problem is amplified. Or so you would think. Sure, living in New York can cost a bundle, but it doesn’t have to. There are all sorts of ways to save some scratch on everything from living necessities to health care and even a Broadway show. Knowing how to live frugally while still enjoying all that this city has to offer may be the most important lesson you learn this year.

I am an instructor of a media and entertainment course and I am searching for any possible FREE opportunities to engage my 20 students!!! Please help me by sending me links and/or passes that I can use to take my class to see films, plays etc. Thursday nights only over the next 12 weeks. Thanks so much.
