1. Your new book Insatiable: The Rise of a Porn Star is inspired by your own life in adult film. What is it you hope to share with readers?
Well, the central character in the book is a young girl named Simone Young, and basically she’s searching for love, but in all the wrong places. At the same time she becomes this pawn of desire and a huge sex star who rises to fame in the mainstream. The book also takes you into the adult film industry and gives you this great visual, or a feel as to what it’s like to be on an X-rated set. It’s very erotic.
2. Besides being a porn icon, you’ve also cut a hip-hop album and have a role in an upcoming movie?
I’ve been in the hip-hop rap game for years. I actually have a new single coming out in August produced by Kwame, It’s called “Put It Up.” And this fall I’m in a film called American Gangster with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe. I’m in this gang called the Red Top Girls.
3. You’ve got something like 67,000 friends on your MySpace page. You must never long for companionship.
True, but my close friends say I’m a domestic freak. I’m really a homebody. I think from running in the streets for so long that I’m content to be home. I love painting, watching movies. I still let my hair down, but it’s behind closed doors. Let’s just say the person who is my significant other, he gets all the freakiness out of me.

The Heather Hunter book is fire! I couldnt put it down! Its almost hotter than her movies!
