Learn about the advanced nomadic Iron Age cultures of Kazakhstan’s Altai and Tianshan Mountain regions. The exhibit’s more than 250 artifacts include bronze offering stands, gold jewelry and smoking pipes that date from the 8th to 1st centuries B.C. Free guided tours are offered Fridays at 6pm.
