David Copperfield, Oliver Twist, Ebenezer Scrooge: There's no doubt that Charles Dickens created some of literature's most enduring characters. This exhibit examines the legacy of the author's creations, with an emphasis on how they have been represented in pop culture. Artifacts on view include 19th-century drawings by English illustrator Phiz, letters, and a Prabal Gurung dress inspired by Great Expectations' Miss Havisham.
