Perk up your nose at this exhibit on olfactory art. A dozen scents—including Guerlain perfume Jicky (1889); Hermès Parfums scent Osmanthe Yunnan (2006), created by Jean-Claude Ellena; and the iconic Chanel No. 5 (1921)—outline the evolution of perfumery, the introduction of synthetic materials and the science of designing fragances.
