Description
The $10 cover on weekends makes this dive a favorite of local skinflints. So how does it stay in business? Volume—and a lineup that includes Leno and Letterman vets. The club has two separate rooms, so it can squeeze in up to five shows a night. Friday and Saturday’s late slots are devoted to the city’s best black performers. (Note to white folks: Be sure to sit in the front row. The comics will thank you.)
